Sensory Notes:

A wine with an intense ruby ​​color, Vitagrama reveals to the nose a bouquet rich in plums, tobacco, mentholated notes and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is appreciated for its elegance, elegant tannins and well-calibrated flavor. Ideal in combination with meat, game and mature cheese dishes. This delicious wine, which comes from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cote Noir and Petit Verdot grapes, is harvested by hand in boxes, subsequently destemmed and then starts a spontaneous fermentation in contact with its skins for 90 days.

Once the skins have been removed, which give a beautiful intense color and strong tannin, this wonderful nectar is decanted into oak barrels for a long rest and refinement until a sincere and authentic wine is obtained.
