What to do with a faulty bottle

If you ever encounter a bottle with any taste or odor issues, don't worry, there's no need to throw it away or consume it anyway. Please kindly seal it carefully to keep it as insulated as possible.

Please contact us immediately through our social channels or by sending us an email to Info@casacaterinametodoclassico.it , providing us with the following data:

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Province.

We will inform you of the address to which the bottle with problems should be sent.

Once the product has arrived in the cellar, we will carry out in-depth analyzes to identify the problems encountered by the bottle and we will then send you a new bottle to replace the defective one.

Our products are all shipped in boxes with the Casa Caterina logo or warranty sticker, symbols of our quality and care in product packaging .

Shipping times vary based on the address or place of delivery:

For Northern and Central Italy, within 2/3 working days.

For Southern Italy, within 3/4 working days, while for the islands the deadline can extend beyond 5 working days.

For the rest of Europe, within 5/6 working days.

For international shipments (Abroad), delivery time can take up to 7 working days.

Furthermore, we do not guarantee timing during certain periods of the year, such as Christmas, Easter or August Bank Holiday.

Shipping is free with a minimum spend of 500 euros.
