Anonyme - The Anonyme by Delbono & Delbono is an extraordinary red that embodies the love, dedication and art of the two brothers Aurelio and Emilio. Produced with care in the Monticelli Brusati region - Frazione Gaina , this wine represents the excellence of 100% Pinot Noir . The grapes come from vineyards located in a unique terroir, characterized by an alluvial deposit subsoil and a clay-limestone deposit soil, which give the wine a solid structure and a distinctive character.
Anonyme is produced with careful craftsmanship. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in open wooden barrels for 150 days, which allows the wine to develop a unique complexity. Subsequently, the wine rests for 24 months in oak barrels to acquire depth and harmony. Then, it refines further in the bottle for 96 months, reaching the maximum expression of elegance and refinement. This aging in oak barrels gives the product a complex aroma of spices reminiscent of black pepper and tobacco. In the mouth it is very well structured and has the typical lapping given by Pinot Noir aged for a long time.
